Dubrovnik - worth it?

Not sure about clubbing but my friend went there for a holiday and said it's a really beautiful, amazing place. It's basically untouched by tourists too, so there's no tacky restaurants or anything like that, its just a really beautiful city apparantly!
 
Dubrovnik is amazing... I was there in 1997, so most of the tourists were local Croatian tourists... bue i can't imagine it would be 'untouched"!... there were many tourists when i wnet nearly 10 years ago!

it was one of the hottest tourist destinations in the med before the war.. and now it seems everyone and their dog have it on their travel list these days...

i know there is a big dance festival some time in the summer, but can't remember the name.

when I was there i was out clubbing every night.. and stumbling home at the wee hours, so so i imagine there would be waaaay more things to do now

Croatia is gorgeous... make sure you get out to the islands too!
 
I really want to go to Croacia. :D
For what I know it's stunning and still unspoilt by tourism, people say it's like the Balearic islands 30-40 years ago 8)
It's cheap and it's a country with lots of interesting cities and towns to visit ;)
we wanted to go this year but it's too hot to travel in a motorbike, so we may go next summer by car. :D
