Dropping in solo from the States Sept 7 - 12

Whaddup Ibiza?!?

I'll be running around the White Isle like mad from Sept 7th through the 12th. I'd love to meet up with cool folks for pre-parties, beachin' it, jammin' to tunes, and so on...

Hotel is still TBD (I'll update this thread as plans are finalized), still throwing darts at San An, PDB, Fig, & Ibiza Town. I'm sure I'll make it to at least one club night, but I'm also looking for recommendations for good places to catch live bands. Any jazz, fusion or jam-bands around?

Cool man, I should be all checked in and have my bearings about me in plenty of time for any sort of pre-partying going down. I'll let you know as the date closes if I grab a ticket for that night.

Alright, I realize I've let this thread lapse so I'll try to put some energy into it tonight as I finish packing.

Johnny, do you have any idea what time Sasha goes on at Ushuaia? My hotel is next door and apparently my room has a balcony view of the place. As much as I like the idea of taking the first night easy and just chilling from the balcony, I know myself too well and I'll probably be itching to buy a ticket and mingle/dance/mingledance if it isn't sold out.

Tentatives:

Fri: check in 14:00; Ushuaia - Sasha?

Sat: probably Bora Bora later in afternoon; Cafe Ole at Space? (I get a free ticket here, and also to Matinee)

Sun: may check out San An during the day/evening and either party out there or come back to PDB so I don't get stranded (perhaps We Love at Space)

Mon: Figueretas -> Ibiza Town -> Privelege - ASOT

Tue: Formentera during the day, keep it chill in the evening so as to not miss flight to Barcelona on Weds, although I may still try to go out locally

This is obviously still a work in progress - I'm going in with an open mind - I'm definitely open to suggestions, as I love music and really don't have a horse in the race as far as sub-genres go.

Also still considering the smaller clubs and bars as well.

If anyone has any playlists for DJ's spinning any of those nights I'd definitely take a listen. Thanks in advance!
 
Halfway through my stay here - this place is amazing. I´ve met some incredibly chill party people so far and to anyone out there with reservations about roling solo, you´ll be fine.

Looking forward to meeting some Spotlighters tomorrow!
