Hi,
Two questions
1. Is there any door selection in the clubs? Can I enter in adidas for example? :)
2. Is that true, water in Ibiza is very expensive? (also in shops?).

The water is only expensive in the clubs. Bottled water from the supermarket is not expensive at all.

1. adidas is fine as long as they are not dirty and falling to pieces
2. bottled water in clubs 5-10 euros8O

Drink tons of water during the day - a gallon or more, and eat some salty foods before you go out. Then you will be very well hydrated and can drink alcohol and not worry about dehydration. Make sure you're near a toilet, though! LOL

Sorry! I didn't mean tons and tons of salt, just some pretzels or something to go along with the water. Chinese food is indeed notoriously salty and often has MSG, which will definitely wreack havoc on your system. I've heard that if you're going to be in a situation where you may get dehydrated, you have to remember to get some sodium in you along with adequate water. I've heard that drinking way too much water, though, depletes the body of sodium and can cause serious problems - marathon runners have collapsed and been hospitalized from drinking too much water when they're running due to the sodium imbalance. I myself drink nearly a gallon a day, but then I eat nearly a ton so it replaces whatever I've washed out! LOL
