Instead of focusing on closing hours, why don't the local council do something about the amount of dogs shit about?

An all time high this year and disgusting.
 
The visitors don't bin their rubbish and the locals don't scoop their dog poop. Are there enough bins about ?
 
The amount of rubbish I saw in pdb last week is scandalous. Its even close to empty bins. What is it with people?
 
aHaa.. i remember from last closing 2012 my accomodation in figueretas around carrer al sabini (around end figueretas beach, luxmar panoramic hotel but 1-2 level upper), i was uspet by the smell of dog's poops on the floor..so i did not came back there since lol.What a shame :P even ibz indication for road is very VERY bad: they need engeener lol ..With all money took to tourists they can make a little effort lol
