Does Canada fly directly to Ibiza

No...we always have to connect thru somewhere....London works out the best cuz in most cases (from most major Canadian cities) there would be at least one flight on one of the carriers direct to the UK.......

So This is what I did. I phoned a local travel agent and found the cheapest flight into london as I could find.; I then went to www.easyjet.com and found connecting flights. The reason why i chose london is because there are plenty of charter flights that go directly there and not many directly into madrid or barcelona.

Hey Canadakid, how much did you pay for your flights? I think we have two options into london. One of which is 14 days and about 1200, and the other is 10 days and about 1400.

Still haven't booked my flight outta here yet. Problem is my flight leaves from Manc to Ibiza so I have to get there somehow. Don't know if I should fly direct or go to London and find another way to Manchester or what... seats are EXPENSIVE right now, but hoping something will open up sometime here. What I did find so far that fits my schedules (leave Fri, return Sun) is roughly 1400-1500 CAN. Brutal...

Surely it's too big to fit on a plane - sorry, couldn't resist it

Hey Canadakid - how much time you got to transfer??

You can train it (4 hours ish) cheaply, bus it (takes about 6hours), and fly it in 45 mins.. Let me know what you want to do and I'll see what I can find for ya.

:D

Hey, thanks for the help. In truth it's almost the same price to fly too Heathrow/Gatwick as it is flying to Manc. All the flights are really expensive right now to the UK, period so I'm still trying to figure out what to do. I'm thinking I might as well just fly straight to Manc if it's nearly the same, but we'll see.

Thanks again for the help!

London to Manchester 4 hours????

No way - I drove London to Manchester in about 4.5 hours, and from what I remember, the train shouldnt take nearly as long as that!!!

In fact, according to Virgin.com (not great source I know) the average journey time is just short of 3 hours!!!

Hope this helps!
