Dodgy dreams...

They keep on happening! For a couple of nights after a bit of carnage you would expect it but this is 9 or 10 days later. They regularly involve car crashes, drowning (woke up recently with my hands on my head trying to push myself above the water!) and lots about rats too... AND the odd time during the day when I'm driving I find myself hitting the brakes cause I think I see stuff in front of me on the road.... whats that about?!!

it's been known even off the little fellas... take it easy for a bit and get down the gym. avoid weed and you'll be right as rain in no time

really?! whats the deal with that?

To be honest I'd be inclined to give it a go anyway.... don't think the dreams can get any worse!

i've not touched anything for 3 / 4 weeks and I still have about 3 mad dreams every night!

Twice I have had a dream that one of my front teeth fell out... weird :?

I never used to remember any dreams untill recently!

I had a weird dream about a traffic warden the other night. I wasn't even on double yellows but he insisted on giving me a ticket. I was shouting obscenities to him when i woke up and actually heard myself calling him a fat pri(k

Nice one PL

maybe my dreams can get worse after all!

Maybe its the time of year - my sister, who takes nothing at all had the weirdest dream I have ever heard last week - she had my head totally screwed by the end of telling me the story it involved..... 8O 8O 8O

My dreams have been weird - but I actually quite like it

My friend who has not had anything for a while (about 2 months) had a dream last week that she gave birth to twins 8O both of them girls and named them too.

Weird.......

Too much 5HTp does give you messed up dreams, too much seratonin too quickly and it aint good for your sleepy head!

Sounds like you meed to stay in/stay off the little ones for a couple of weeks/a month.

It sounds like you are having anxiety or stress dreams. The "little ones" have a tendency to enhance one's anxiety or stress. Dreams about your teeth falling out, not being able to move (helplessness), etc. are classic stress-related dreams, and your brain is working overtime to deal with it. 5 HTP will help your body produce more seratonin to help aid in sleep, but you should lay off for a few weeks and learn how to deal w/ your stress and anxiety with a clear head. :P
