Do you have medieval people at your work?

.. I do.

This is the second one I've come across in 3 years.

The last one used to have a medieval name, "Inga the Unfettered". On the weekend she fought in battles and dressed up as princess and made a castle in her back garden. She was 37. She didn't wear her gowns to work, but often wore these long dresses which would dance along the floor.

The other one likes to wear black and black lace only. I think she plays witches games on the weekends. She does have good taste in music though.

Ugh... I used to know people like that back in the States when I was in university.

Society for Creative Anachronism types. Seriously frightening in their devotion to all things half a millenium out of date. And of course, reliable attendees for the occasional Renaissance fest.

That crowd tended to overlap with the gothic crowd on occasion. At least it was fun to see them enact their fake swordfights

is she hot?

does she have msn?

No the black and lace is so not hot..its more, like morbyd said in a goth way. She has worn the exact same dress every day since I've worked here.

First one , not goth at all, this one.. i just don't know what she is!

No but i do have an Italian version of this witch (ugly Irish politician Mary Harney) http://www.ucd.ie/physioperformsci/images/news060602b/Physiotherapy_5.jpg
as a new team leader in work and she is the single worst person ive ever worked with, ive come close several times to almost throttling her and that is not me at all, she contradicts everything anyone says, it's you do things her way or no way at all, even when she's in the wrong she tries to cover something up, i simply cannot work with someone like this so it's with regret ill have to hand in my notice before i do something i regret to this pig of a woman.

I thought you were an ex-goth Morbyd, did those lords and ladies intrude on your territory? ;)

oyster feeding lady or the mardy bloke?

orange tango tan mardy bloke.

every since the comp sec had a word with him, he left that arfternoon with a huge sense of injustice like we were all out to get him (well only me, since he was trying to get me sacked)... and his letter telling him he was fired got returned to us with "not at this address" written on it.

no ones heard a bean from him since. apart from ex employee who he called up one sunday night pissed and asked her to freelance for him, which she is not going to do!
