I downloaded the Bora Bora 2003 video the GEE made, and the second tune on it has a loop of Rick James' Superfreak (MC Hammer - You can't touch this), with a vocal of " you.... need someone"

Does anybody know the the name of this track?

What video are you talking about and where did you download it from. If I'm not mistaken you are talking about a dancetrippin episode from 2002 and the track is a white label ... very hard to find but can't remeber teh name though

I downloaded it from soulseek, and it's from drancetrippin, but it says 2003.
