Got a villa 100 metres from Cala Bassa beach (8)) and want to know roughly how long it will take to drive to San An...?

10 minutes by boat to san an harbour.. boats every half hour...

no the boats don't run every half hour. they take you there in a morning and bring you back in the afternoon.

try our getting around section for bus timetables from cb to sa.

it will take you about 15 to 20 minutes to drive by car depending on the lights, other traffic time of year etc

10 mins if that by car - used to take us 10-15 from Port des Torrent, unless of course you got caught up in the "we're going home for a siesta" traffic or the "we've finished work" traffic. :x

In the really bad bumper to bumper traffic I think one day overall it took us about 45 mins to 1 hour to get to the Egg from Port des Torrent - bloody hot day too - no water in the car either, luckily, the traffic was so bad I got out the car (Mr PL was driving!) and walked to the shop I could see in the distance, stood in the Q bought water and ice lollies, walked back to the car (I was away 10 mins or so) car hadn't moved!

Yeah, if you avoid rush-hour times you can do the journey by car in 10 mins, no problem.

You have got a good location there, Cala Bassa is a nice beach.

It was quite amusing - if we had been near the usual supermarket - could have got all the groceries in too!!

PS - Its very easy to forget the time in Ibiza - they're just really long fun filled days - watches have no place imo - hence the fact you forget until you hit the main road that its siesta time - and there's no turning back!!
