Went to Flower Power Tuesday a few weeks ago and I was surprised how many people got off the Disco bus at the wrong stop and had to walk 20 minutes the rest of the way on foot. They missed a great saxophone performance and the dance floor was completely packed by the time they finally arrived. Almost everyone on the bus was heading to Pacha from San An (flowers in hair and hippy clothes) but everyone was so excited and so darn noisy that they could not hear the driver when he announced each stop. We were still pretty far from Pacha when we stopped. Somebody misheard the driver and asked "Is this the stop for Pacha?" He replied loudly so the guy could hear, "No not Pacha!" At this moment about 40 people dressed for Pacha got off the bus. The driver called out twice "No not Pacha.....Not Pacha!" But everyone just heard the words "Pacha....Pacha" and they were off, screaming to each other that it was the Pacha stop. We drove a good distance afterwards and arrived at the Pacha stop which is directly outside the club and unmissable. The lesson is, please listen to the bus driver carefully and try to glance out of the window before you get off. Imagine 40 people dressed as Hippys walking around the town for ages and looking for Pacha! Everybody just followed the guy in front and hoped he knew the location on foot dressed as Austin Powers.
