I was all psyched about going to St. Petersburg for the big FortDance festival (all day/night on an old fort on an island in the Gulf of Finland!) but I just looked at the line-up and I'm so bummed.

Mylo and Sandra Collins headline the island fort, with Paul Jackson in the VIP zone, and on the 2nd fort on the coast.... Judge Jules! 8O

Last year Seb Fontaine and Darren Emerson played great sets and it was so much fun on that island (and the local kids in the cheaper coastline venue were all happy about Tiesto!)

Is it even worth it now?
 
Ohhhh , as I am not into clubbing I don't know what is wrong with the line up, but I am sorry for your dissapontment.

I guess I expected them to get some bigger names (or at least people I'm familiar with!). I might go anyway... it's a great venue. I dunno :?
 
You never know when one nigth may be the best nigth in your life.
It usually happens to me that best nigths are the ones I don't really expect much. This is because sometimes your think it is going to be such a good one that if you don't reach what you thougth you would get , you are dissapointed.
 
I bet Mylo and Sandra are going to rock it for ya hun :D I would definitely go. I am addicted to Mylo right now, he is way talented IMOP...

We were talking to some friends about the trip last night and, while no one was committed, I think we've got a little momentum building. Now I'm looking forward to this trip :lol:
 
mylo will be good. they are the people who did "Drop the pressure" that was flying round last year if you wasnt sure what he has done.

He is at ibiza rocks the first friday im there
 
Morbyd try to get a hold of Mylo's Essential Mix from this year, it is TOPS... he kicks up the electro, but its not too funked out or obnoxious... just SICK. And he's only like 24 years old!! I have his Destroy Rock 'N Roll album coming my way in the mail soon, addict said it was awesome, and she has seen him live a few times.... loves him. GO, I think you'll have a great time. Let us know what happens!!

I'd say go, the lineup doesn't tell half of the story. It's also about the people, the venue, the weather etc etc ;)

You should go! It's so close for you. Here's the website:

Click on the word "BXOD" (entrance), then inside the site click on "APEHbI" (areanas) for the full lineup.

If you spring for the 3000 rubles ($105) tickets to the island fort, it was absolutely amazing last year. Expensive, but that keeps the crowd better than what you'll find on the coastline fort.
