Disabled Help in Ibiza - Carers and Accomodation

I have a friend who's in a wheelchair, (he has cerebral palsy) who's looking to come for an extended visit to Ibiza this summer he'd like to move here next year.

Does anyone know of any agencies or anyone we could speak to about employing (english speaking) carers on the island? Also are there any charities or such that help physically disabled people in Ibiza?

I know this is a bit of a vague question, but off hand does anyone know of any reasonable priced apartments in or around Playa Den Bossa with wheelchair access. Looking to rent either studio or 2 bed place for a month (around mid June > mid July). Have a few possibles, but thought it was worth asking while I was here.

well i know pbd well.and i cannot think of any apartments that have good wheelchair access.take it your looking at private apts.i know a few hotels that good.but price will be a lot.private apts really its the bathroom as well.and are the doors big enough.

what possibles have you looked at /name them
