Under the box that says write a comment, a few buttons with Add to Playlist, Add to Group etc and one has Download with an arrow. Let me know you got it as showing for me and want to make sure it is working.

You need to download it from a PC and then transfer, don't think you can do it direct tom a phone but you can play it.
 
Think you can only download it direct from the app on a laptop / PC. Appears to be downloading ok as a few downloads have been made
