i've just booked flights for february for another cycling holiday... gonna try to do it a bit cheaper than last year so i'm planning on picking up the bike in santa eulalia...

also just gonna try to use buses and not taxis...

does the bus leave ibiza town from the same main street that the rest of the bus stops are on?

how far is santa eulalia from ibiza town? i'll be getting a bus but then cycling across to san antonio after collecting the bike...

at the moment the bus stop is on the same street. you can calculate distances on our maps section where we have a taxi fare calculator that gives distance between two points.

cheers... got myself rosetta stone spanish as well so i'm planning on making the effort to try to use a bit of spanish... i'll probably end up in the middle of nowhere!:lol:

edit: 15kms.... easy stuff!!! :)

There is a #19 bus from San An direct to Santa E,cheaper and quicker if you were only going to Ibiza town to change bus, only three a day though, not sundays.

Consider the Santa Eularia - Sant Lorenc -Sant Miguel- Sant Mateu- Sant Agnes- San Antonio route.

Its a roundabout route but the scenery and natural landscape, especially riding into the Sant Agnes valley, is beautiful. The Almond tree should be in bloom then.

The Terrain is challenging and the roads narrow, but less traffic on them.

nice one!! i got a booklet of 23 cycle routes last year so i'll need to locate it... the only problem is i'm gonna be coming straight from the airport so will have a backpack with me.. don't fancy doing one of the routes with a bag of clothes etc etc on me...:lol:

EDIT: been looking at that route... it's the Es Pobles route... 67.5kms and 5hrs long... sounds like a plan if not for the day i arrive then definitely one of the other days!! :)
