So if you want to lose a bit of weight then weights are the best thing? I was told cardio, just basically running on the treadmill as much as you can is good?
I have totally cut out all the bad things I used to eat, I used to eat lots of white carbs, toast in the morning, more white fresh bread at lunch, and a massive pasta at dinner, plus a chocolate bar a day and the occasional packet of crisps!

For the past week I've cut out all white carbs, just having wholemeal bread, wholemeal rice and pasta, lots of fresh veg, cereal bars as snacks etc. Plus Im doing a half an hour workout every day.
I did lapse at the weekend though, on Sat I drank quite a lot and had a pizza :oops: I guess that put me back a few pounds :x

Well I'm going to keep on trying and hope by Ibiza time I will have at least noticed some difference!

Becki - Do both weights and cardio! It is a must if you want the perfect body! Also one pizza isn't going to do any harm

A combination of both is best as suggested above.

I'm not a huge fan of the treadmill. Why not try 10 minutes bike, 10 minutes cross trainer & 10 minutes rower (or treadmill)?

You could also push from 30 mins to 40/45 mins. Those extra calories will make all the difference PLUS by using different machines will prevent it becoming so boring.

I'm planning on not drinking til Ibiza! Although that might be tough seeing as I have a night round Bab's new place planned and also seeing Bon Jovi in Concert 8O :x Oh well, every other day sober apart from them two then :lol:

God I'm so glad I don't diet or go to the gym it sounds so boring :roll:

Well you're lucky young lady that you can eat fish chips and mushy peas washed down with a bottle of wine and it doesn't put an iota on you! :evil:

Yes when we come round can you just have low calorie snacks please... carrot sticks, celery, lettuce etc.

Hey me too on a diet i mean...well not sure if its a real diet. Ive never been on a REAL diet in my life. But im being a good girl, No snacks of chocolate, biscuits etc. Swimming every other day, loads of walking. Been doing it nearly 2 weeks...mmm when will i be thin??:roll:
Still not sure if im going to Ibiza, but if i am, should look good!!
