Hey,

Im a insulin dependant diabetic but im also a clubber, i am planning on going to DC10 this year as its one of a few clubs i have not visited. On Mondays i am under the understanding that it goes throughout the day into the night - due to me having to take my injection around 5 PM and having to eat afterwards, is there a place i can get something which is close to DC10 ?? Im just a bit worried because if there isnt i probably wont be able to go.

Please let me know either way.

Thankyou

Tom

You can leave DC10 at any time, they give you stamp to leave and come back in.......but DC10 is pretty much in the middle of nowhere so you'd have to walk/get a taxi to PDB for food/drink.

Thanks for the quick response, how much is a taxi ? I probably wont mind any price but just out of interest.

:)

There is a restaurant further down the road towards Salinas, prob 10 min walk? It does great Paella bit I can't remamber the name...... I'll try and remember and post it up, I seem to remember you need to book.

Maybe McRackin knows the name?

About 8 euros, we normally take a walk back to PDB over the fields, that only takes about 20 mins.

Also, it can't be more than 10 minuts walk back to San Jordi, just beyond the roundabout. I imagine there's something to eat around there....

there a few places like morbyd said.....in the san jordi area. they would be fine for what you're looking for.

I always have to cut my insulin doses right back when i'm in Ibiza. Probably only take 1/2 of what i'd take back home.

The combination of heat / alcohol (etc...) / dancing keeps my sugar levels really low.

i tend to just keep mine the same and top up sugar levels with plenty of cerveza 8O

only had 1 episode this year (in Space tho) - was talking gibberish for about an hour

I think it's because my meals are smeller in Ibiza too... back home I have massive meals all the time

I've never had any major problems.. I can always feel my sugar going low at about 3.9. Maybe I wouldn't notice if I was mega wasted though

I only paid about 6 euros to get between the closest hotel (right across the street from space) and DC-10. If you take a short break during the day there are a few small markets right around that area where you could get decent food quickly and then head back to the party... Have fun, the circo loco opening was my favorite out of all the parties
