well, i hope i will not be censured...

me and my friend went to the opening parties (space-dc10) and my friend is suffering since we came back of a TERRIBLE DEVASTATING headache

maybe she exaggerated a little bit(weel she DID exagerate!.8O) ..too much partying, very little sleep, the music too loud...
well on tuesady, after dc10 she was only dead tired and we flew back home
, wednesday she slept all day,
thursady she was feeling great and went back to work
but it is since friday morning that she is suffering of a terrible headache

she slept all friday and saturday
sunday she was feeling bad, so she did monday and she stayed both days at home half sleeping half lying on the couch

today is tuesady and she had to get back to work but i am a little bit worried for i don't think its normal to feel that sick. She says she feel her head is splitting in two and the headache is so strong :spank: tha she suffers of nausea as well:oops:

do i have to seriousy get worried? any remedies from people with your "experience?"...will she recover or has she definitly has f...ked up her brain?

pleeeease helpppp...any fanatstic cure? or she will suffer with her head for the rest of her life?

The only thing I can suggest is that she ensures she's properly hydrated and that any person that suffers a headache that lasts for more than 48hrs should definately get seen by a doctor. Most doctors these days aren't too judgemental.

When I returned from ibiza last year I was ill for around 2 weeks, got 'ibiza flu' from standing under an air conditioning unit @ Pacha all night:( not recommended, if its a headache though I would suggest getting it checked out if its not going.

Your friend has basically punished her body for a few days and you have to expect wait a while to repairs itself.
If she has endulged in any "Extras" on holiday she will need to stock up on Vitamins. Particularly B6 and C, they will help restore the seratonin balance in her brain chemistry to it's normal state.

Her symptons are that of a Migrain too, the nausea she feels is a classic tell of a migraine. Anyone can suffer from migraines, some people think it's only certain people but that is not true.

She will need rest mostly, it's brought on by lack of sleep, smoking, excessive alcohol.... well infact pretty much everything you might endulge in whilst on holiday in Ibiza! 8O

Tell her to ask for buclizine in the chemist, it's an Over the Counter migraine soloution that has will not only kill the pain off but stop her stomach feeling gippy... Ideally though she shouldn't ALWAYS see your GP before taking any medication. Her chemist will advise if she is desperate though.

Good luck

prego chica;)

come on, this is an easy one. she is just lovesick, i got the same everytime i leave the island, whether i've been partying or not.;) another few days and she'll be fine. (but drink some water just in case8O :? )
