I'm loving this ep and everything flat and round has been doing from day 1,this ep has a flavour suitable for any occasion(maybe not funerals or bar mitvas). the cut thats been destroying dancefloors has got to be the long play cut entitled "i can do what you do" and my god has demarkus lewis wowed me with this song.it reminds me of the kind of raw grit that cajmere from time to time has come up with,but with top notch clean production.the track itself starts with a really nasty stomp to it ,a hint of that old "toot toot,beep beep" accapella hidden subtley in the mix,then onto the super monster bassline that borderlines on electro in a acid house way.the title of the track is indeed what the vocal is saying-i can do what you do,there are also really nice mild key placings to take away from the trackiness and make you take note there was time,energy and thought put into this. on the flip we have "crunch",which is a sultry deep number similar to some of mr lewis other projects. the b2 is "revert to now" which is quite genius on its own,it has a metro area kinda feel but has a lot more ooomph to it so it still has a drive to it to not lose a floor,yet wind them down a little bit with a quality peice of music.

Spettro - this is shit hot stuff from demarkus. 'i can do what you do' is the funkiest track i have heard yet from the usually sexy and deep demarkus. wow! nasty, just dirty. nuff said.
