If it's the same apartments I'm thinking of in San An, they're the usual 18-30 / Twenty's fayre. Noisy, cramped, hot, dodgy bathrooms, annoying reps etc. If you're looking for a place to shower and rustle up a pot noodle, they're fine but anything more than that then AVOID.

went in 2000
3 of us in a single room - 2 beds 1 sofabed (luckily that dude was small)
1) light switch was a serious electrical hazard
2) no gas hook up to cooker
3) no gas in cannister
4) no plug for bathroom sink, had to shave out of the pitcher jug
5) holes in wall (assume that a vent was planned and never finished) - 1 torrent of rain and it was coming down the walls
6) over half the slats on one bed missing, had to arrange them to sleep
7) pain in the arse reps
8) let anyone use the pool - even drunken idiots from nearby flats
9) pool clearly never properly cleaned - same burst lilos every day
10) given ground floor, no terrace, no balcony, yards from a west end street, miracle we were not robbed
all the DIY problems were never fixed apart from the light switch - we reckon that the fact that we ignored the reps led to that
summary: avoid like the plague
if it was the last accomodation on the entire island - i'd ask if there was a spare gutter left

two very good comments on most 18 /30/ 20s..places
just checked up on this place seems like its inproved alot.simple just google it and read about it in hols site.you should be ok.let us all know.any help is good.but peoples views are allways defferent to others
