dc10 for new year - where to stay?

giving this idea some thought for a complete change of the normal for us. just wondering where is best/cheapest to stay for a week over the new year period?

We stayed at El Puerto Apartments http://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/elpuerto/ over one New Year - it was perfect because you definitely want to be based in Ibiza Town (places like PDB are ghost towns) and from there we could walk to Pacha on NYE, into Ibiza Town, to Talmanaca. They weren't particularly fancy but clean, tidy and more than did the job and were cheap as chips for the New Year period.
 
We're staying in the hostal parque in ibiza town which looks nice. Have also heard good things about hostal la Marina which is also in Ibiza town.
