The new DC10 Monday Morning Sessions is out, mixed by Locodice and Clive Henry. Out on Amazon in August, but it's there in Ibiza. Havenb't had chance to listen to it yet thoguh...

which i have, not too keen on it though, knew i recognised that slow track though :D what were your opinions mark?

In your opinion is this what I'm likely to find at DC10? PG79 didn't seem to think so, if it is I'm not sure DC10 is my thing, I like bleepy dirty music but this was a bit obscure for my liking. Not really into the german sound at all. Must source the official DC10 album to get a better idea methinks...

The german sound is very much what DC10 is about this year. Locodice and Jo are both playing that stripped back minimal bleeby stuff.. but in the setting of DC10 it is very different to listening to it on you ipod or whatever. It really works and everyone loves it. It's the one place on the island that you can go without hearing all the same tracks you've heard elsewhere - I really recommend you go, even if that CD wasn't your cup of tea. :)

I agree with Mark, the music seems to fit perfectly on that red terrace!
 
i'll see if my legs hold out after Space. How much is DC10 to get in? It had been shut by the time I went last year :evil: I'll be goin mon 15th August

It's 25 euros with free drink this year. Get there mid-afternoon.
 
Loving this year's Sessions.

I like to get there for about 3. Loads of room, and then you lose yourself for a couple of hours, open your eyes and stop dancing and it's rammed. Ace stuff.

Bart, I was only going by this CD above. Just wasn't to my tastes at all.

but i got me the 2004 one, and its immense. get it!!
