The fruity Cuban Brothers act first raised eyebrows and spirits upon their Ibiza debut in 2001 with a cabaret act that included naked breakdancing. In 2006 they raised the wrongness bar still further with a recreation of the famous nude wrestling scene from Ken Russel's movie adaption of 'Women In Love' (below).

Spotlight's no full frontal nudity policy prevents us from posting the explicit pics, but the bi-curious can check them out over on www.dontstayin.com:

one half of Double Penetration @ Es Vive - Saturday September 16, 2006

Earlier band leader Mike Keat's alter ego Barry Peters initiated proceedings with renditions of soft rock classics and introduced the dance troupe Double Penetration (above) whose lively gyrations and confetti-filled keks were a highlight.

Andrew Maxwell @ Es Vive - Saturday September 16, 2006

Less successful was award-winning but fully clothed Irish comedian Andrew Maxwell (above), who started well but struggled to hold the attention of the over-stimulated audience with his stand up routine.

"People are starting to talk around the edges - this is called dying," he informed us before introducing the next acts, the guru Rab Rinpoche (Keat again) and then finally "the same old rubbish we've been doing for the last eight years", the crowd pleasing Cubans.

New lithe member Kengo San (above right) was a big hit who provided some extra dynamism to the song and dance routines, along with the little fella below who managed to stay up well past the water shed by donning a false moustache.

As is tradtional the Bros ended with 'All Night Long', a track "Miguel" tells us he wrote for Lionel Richie which has since been reclaimed.
