I've sent an e-mail last week to tickets @ ... on 29th Juli 2013 to explain my problem.
But haven't got an answer yet.
Due to unauthorised transactions on my account, my credit card got compromised.
But my bank gave me a new card from another company. Is it possible to refund the money on my account please?
