My old hands down favourite producers for ‘proper prog' from the days when Rhythm Syndicate in Cambridge used to play you vinyl promos down the phone line 'till you spent silly money as everything they played was just sooo good .. they were the ONLY place to ever dole out the odd copy of label-owner Rowan Blades' Breeder stuff a year or more before it hit a second promo run or release, like it was pure platinum. This was in order to keep it exclusive for themselves and for Sasha & Diggers.

Gonna stick my head out here and say this lot knocks the b***ocks out of most of what gets released these days in what's developed from that genre and if it were dropped at a decent night now would still blow the flippin' roof off. These are aside from Twilo Thunder, The Chain, Beetlejuice, Tyrantanic etc. which went commercial and imo not the cream of their work although still v. v. good.

Youtube comment - "I will pay up to 300dollars for it" !! Apparently the name was a nod to Club XIII in Moscow - Rowan Blades had a monthly residency back in the day...
