couple of food questions

Hi, just a couple of questions, in your opinions which restaurants would i find the best

1- steak

2- fish paela

preferably in the san antonio area, but all answers welcome

Sa Capella (by far)
Villa Mecedes (ambience good - food so so)
El Rincon (near Chuch)
Excellent fish restaurant v small near church can't remember its name
