When the opportunity arose for us to put on a show with the mighty Recloose, we immediately set to work thinking of the perfect space to host such a special evening. We wanted it to be right. We deliberated for hours and ascertained that the main thing we wanted for a party like this was intimacy.
Now, there are not many places in Manchester that can provide the raw, underground surroundings required to host one of Detroit's most famous ex-pats properly, yet still give you an intimate feel. After careful consideration we are over the moon to announce the event will take place at the Attic.
We have experienced many amazing nights in this tiny loft space underneath the railway arches just off Oxford Road, Manchester. Most notably during the reign of Kindergarten where DJ's such as Andrew Weatherall, Rolando, Carl Craig and Pepe Braddock rocked it to its core.
In the end it was a no brainer.
We will also be bringing in extra sound for the evening. We're all really excited about this and see it as a rare chance to witness an incredible DJ close up, in intimate surroundings. We're getting pretty good at parties like this.
All sounds spiffing so far, yeah? Indeed. The only catch is that with it being such a small venue we are left with a very limited capacity, 150 advance tickets to be precise, meaning entry will certainly be in high demand. I'm sure it's fairly obvious to say that purchasing tickets well in advance would be advisable.
