Connecting Flights Into Ibiza

Can anyone list airports that have connecting flights to Ibiza...

I'll start with a few that I know... (please include airport codes if possible)

Barcelona (BCN) to Ibiza

Madrid (MAD) to Ibiza

Heathrow (LHR) to Ibiza

Gatwick (LGW) to Ibiza

Charles De Gaul (CDG) to Ibiza

I'm making this list because im trying to find out which airport would be the cheapest to fly into and then book a connecting flight from there to ibiza, so if you know any other airports you can fly into then a connecting flight to Ibiza, that would be great.
