Complaining...

Is SO worth doing!!!!Me and Jon were held up for 2hrs on our flight home from Bangkok last week, plus our bags took an hour or more to come through baggage claim. Now this obviously annoyed us loads - we were knackered enough without all these delays.I'd normally have just shrugged and sighed about the British transport system and left it, but Jon told me to email them and complain, they sometimes give you freebies as a complimentary way of saying sorry!Now what do you think I should get via email this morning....A long grovelling email from BA, and also £50 EACH worth in flight vouchers!!!!!! Whoooppeeeeeee! Now what should I spend them on
