here are my recipes, the paella is quite nice, obviously missing seafood cos my dad hates even the slightest tastes.

feel free to comment if you think anything is missing...

500g paella rice
3 pints chicken stock
4 chicken leg
2lb pork ribs cut into 2 inch pieces
1 can tomatoes
1g saffron
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp paprika
peas
2 large onions
2 large red bell peppers
2 large lemons to serve with

i really need a good, accurate sangria recipe, the stuff i have made myself has been lacking something.

1 bottle red wine
1 cup oj
1/2 cup water
1 shot brandy
serves with apples and oranges

also been using shop bought sangria

3/4 glass shop bought sangria
1/4 glass cava
sevred with fruit.

seasoned with salt,

tumeric = cúrcuma

THE TRANSLATOR SAYS PAPRIKA IS THE SAME IN SPANISH AS ENGLISH
its a red, peppery spice

Paella is one of my specialities. Season it with salt, black pepper and red pepper. I would forget the other things for a pure taste ;)

ok, the reason i put tumeric in, is because i know its not an autentic additon, but the saffron here seems to have little to no flavour, i find the tumeric helps bring out the flavour of the saffron more.

how much saffron do you use? we get it in 1g packets here and i use a whole one, when recipes i have see say use 0.25g.

I don't put saffron at all. And I got my recipt by my grandmom who is from Valencia.

Paella can be cooked in lots of different ways, so don't worry about that, just be a bit creative and enjoy ;)
