Coming to Ibiza in July to work on my own

Hey. I'm going to Ibiza in July (I know its late) only time I could get off work.
I have a hotel booked for the first week.
I have a job lined up which is great pay and fun, soooo
Any help with accommodation after my week in hotel is up?
Or girls in the same boat?
Any girls looking for the same? July time?

Would love some advice on where to look to live?

Will it be difficult to find workers apartments half way through the season?
