Colours

I had an Indian Head Massage today.

The therapist asked me to close my eyes & imagine they following colours: blue, purple, indigo, violet.

Anyone know the theory behind this

By the way I would recommend it, felt nicely "spaced out" after 20 mins

Don't know but they're my favourite colours so i'd have liked that Where'd you go to get your head rubbed?

I thought out of sunny blue sky when she said "blue"

It was part of a "Learning at Work" scheme we have once a year.

Didn't cost a bean. (One of our colleagues did it as a night class, she's fully certified).

Liked the chopping at rear of shoulder blades, very effective
