In these 4 years the vibe at Codex never stood still, thanks to an ever changing blend of influences keeping up that cutting edge flavour. Past Codex events have covered a wide range of names from all over Europe and beyond, ranging from Detroit beats to spaced out disco, to electronic underground dance, techno and more.
Pushing the boundaries further in 2008, expect to see even more fresh talents on the decks at Codex, along with live sets from up and coming artists. And now that Codex is 4 we are ready to move on, a fresh change is soon planned for a better and improved Codex experience. The boys are set to announce some very special news on the night so this looks like being one birthday bash not to miss.
Talking about our birthday party: our friends Rob Mello is joining us for the celebrations. London based DJ and Producer, Rob Mello has recorded, produced, and remixed a diverse catalogue of releases since 1992. A well known and respected name in the club scene Rob has amongst the others produced stuff for legendary labels such as Classic and Junior Boys Own. And in 2006 he started his own successful imprint Disco 45.
