Clubbing calendar question

Having only been watching this forum for the last week or so, I see the club dates are coming through now, but could someone give me an idea please on when are all of the club/party dates are likely to be announced by?

I'm an Ibiza virgin and coming over for my 40th from 3rd-7th July with my wife. I plan to party hard for all four nights and would like to book in advance the club tickets to save bringing stacks of cash over and also to reduce the queues. With the Ibiza 123 festival having been announced I know it is going to be a very busy week on the island so I want to get tickets bought as soon as possible, but obviously don't want to book something now to find something better pops up next week.

One final question, I see tickets aren't for sale yet other than a couple of early opening parties. When are tickets normally available for purchase?

Many thanks in advance.

Buy your tickets out there unless you wish to do a Tiesto night. They are the same price as on here or slightly cheaper.

It's better to buy them out there as when pre-booking you will be up for anything but once on the island you might not fancy one of the nights.

i definitely urge you not to pre-book tickets. you can always buy on the island no matter what night (maybe apart from Pacha's big nights) and plans change when you are out there all the time!!

or even... buy them on here even when your out there... but make sure its the day before... 8) sometimes its cheaper

sorry guys, but there is no place on the island where you get tickets cheaper than here. if a bar sells you a ticket 1 or 2€ cheaper than here, then only because you're having drinks there.

if you want to wait until you're there because you're unsure of your plans, then fine. else there's no reason why you should wait buying tickets.

Say if you were planning on going to a specific night to see a DJ then that DJ couldnt make it due to unforeseen circumstances and you've bought your ticket off here then you wouldn't get your money back etc. If you wait until you're on the island then cancels that risk out as you dont have to buy the ticket until the day.

I am not sure if that is correct. I remember getting a full refund from Spotlight (they were very helpful) when I had to cancel - if I recall, you can cancel up to 24 hours before and get a refund. I suppose that if it was a very last minute cancellation you would be snookered however, saying that I have also bought tickets at bars literally an hour before and the main act not turning up for whatever reason.
