Has stayed at this hotel, thinking about booking up in July and have heard mixed reviews.

Not stayed there,but was interested enough to have a look.
Seems to be ideal if you want some quiet relaxation etc.

+ very handy if you have a helicopter !

Ha ha, I know I'll need to remember and bring my helicopter licence with me......

Going with the g/f so looking for somewhere a bit more relaxed but still not too far away from a party!

The main problem I read was that they locked the doors quite early, which is an obvious issue

from their website, Bar;Restaurant;24 Hours Reception; so I don`t think they will be locking you out (does anywhere still shut the doors @ whatever time ?)
