I stayed there in '05, it's a perfect place to stay for Ibz virgins as it's a non stop party- the dj at the pool comes on at 9am, full of British clubbers- crazy atmosphere. i met people who didn't leave the place their full holiday- just stayed and partied there.
The only downside is the security guards- u have to show ur room id card every time u want to enter and leave the main gates- and bringing friends from other hotels in is a pain as u have to sign them in. Also u don't use cash at the bar - u have to top up a card at reception and give that to bar staff which can be a pain cos most of them can't understand english but that aside it's a good hotel. Air con, fridge, good atmos and crazy people- what more could you want?
You'd be allrite with 1500 euro for 2 weeks. But u really have to budget however much you take. Try not to buy drink at pubs during the day- just from supermarkets. At night there are pubs in the west end close to paraiso which are cheap but most importantly NEVER pay on the door at a club- always buy tickets on the day of the event

anyway its in a good area ... close to mambo, cdm and my fav kanya
golden buddha vnear there is so nice chilled and CHEAP! nice little beach near there but others further a feild are better (and quieter:8))
i went for 10 days last year and spent around £800 including flights and accomadation!
to save money...
buy light lunch and booze from the cheap west end supermarkets
use the disco buses at the new bus station near the egg roundabout
dont be mugged into going to some of the big nights like cocoon and cream (had a crap night at cream and cost 60 euros
)
get in early doors at carl cox... cracking music and atmosphere and its only 15euros before 10 or 11 maybe. azuli was good last year too with cheap prices and good solid house music

oh i went every night clubbing drinking and dinner on the sunset strip that holiday and still only spent what i spent!
oh and this will sound really cheap but to save buying water in clubs find an empty bottle of water on the floor... go to the toilet... fill it up ... go to the bar and ask for a glass of ice for the water... chuck the bottle and dance with the ice till its melted
cheap i know but it worked twice in amnesia and in space too when i ran out of euros and was thirsty after raving 8)
