Well hello there in Beantown! One of my former homes, and a fine city indeed.

We've stayed in Garbi for 2 weeks in each of the past 3 years and I think it's one of the best value-for-money propositions in Playa den Bossa. Right in the center of PdB, great views from the balconies (make sure you ask for a sea/pool-side room), and decent-sized studio rooms with kitchenette.

The older gentlemen at the front desk are friendly (there used to be one younger guy we didn't like but he was gone this year) and helpful. Parking nearby isn't a problem. The maids come every day, although they won't usually wait around too late if you don't let them in by early afternoon.

There's free Wi-Fi Internet in the complex so I would check my email or research beaches or restaurants (or post an occasional update on Spotlight ) from the comfort of my own balcony, beer in hand 8)

The downsides are that the rooms have twin beds, not doubles, and I'm told the breakfast isn't that good but I've made it to breakfast maybe 3 times over a total of 6 weeks at the place
