Closing Parties Availability?

Was just wondering how far in advance I need to buy tix to these closing parties the last week in September: David Guetta @ Pacha, Amnesia closing, Space Sunday. I know I've read you can just as easily get tix on the island while there, but since these are all the closing parties, do they have better chance to sell out early? I just want to be sure not to miss out.
