Circo loco opening times on tickets

hi, i bought my ticket the other day and noticed that it said it opened at 4:30pm even though i know it opens at 12:00 but i didn't think anything of it until i got an email from spotlight yesterday to say that it opens at 12:00 and that i would have to "follow the ticket link" to re-print my ticket?!??!

one problem.... i can't see anywhere to click to go back to my ticket to re-print it and the link on the email is simply for the spotlight main page..

any help would be appreciated..

please, find your original confirmation e-mail from Spotlight and click on the ticket link there. It will take you to the new updated version of the ticket.
if you can't find that e-mail let me know at:
