Cigarettes in Cala Llonga

Hello,

I am going to Cala Llonga for whit week and was wondering in anyone could advise of any tobacconists in the area and the approx cost of 200 Regal King size and 200 Lambert & Butler??

tobacconists not in cala longa.you will have to get a bus 41 to santa eulalia..unless one as opened since then but they have never had a tobacconists since i have been going out to ibiza.the spar shop used to be able to sell them.but thats all stopped now.plus you paid more for them...should only take you less than an hour to get there and back...treat youreslf to a taxi back....be safer with all those fags.


regal are 31.00 euros
lamberts are 29.50 euros

Is the bus station easy to find in Cala Llonga?

How far away is Santa eulalia?

see where it say 2 ok...the bus comes round the back and on the beach front..its not a station just a road with a bus stop for se and ibizatown (# 15)...its only a 1o min trip if traffic is not busy..but there is a bus stop at top of the hill.depends where you are staying...very small resort .walk round on 1st day.get to know where things are...
use the gift shops to change you money..good rates better than anywhere esle...i will be up there over whit for a day...nice beach. you can get boats to anywhere from there as well.i tend to sunbath near the el pina..so you can walk up steps to use aptts bar/toilet/ect...
you can bring drinks down from bar.but in plastic cups...nice food there as well

how come thay dont sell them in the shops.last yr i was looking all round the bay to buy them in 200's but ended up going to ibiza town one day and found a tobacconist but that took me ages to find
 
tobacconist are the only places to buy fags ect...it came to law that no other shops can sell them.but why did you go to ibizatown...there or a few tobacconist in the bay..
you can get them from the airport,but you will pay a lot more for them...set price in all tobacconist ok.each one as a # and are run by the goverment of spain...
you can get the odd pack from a fews bars...under the counter.so to speak...but only the popular brands..

look for a brown sign with yellow writing on it.tobacco
 
i just went to ibiza town for the day and found one there but it took me ages to find one. but i didnt see one when i was in the bay.

Most busy bars have a cigarette machine where you can buy the popular brands at a small premium on the tabac prices. There are tabacs in most towns and villages, three in Santa Eulalia, one by the town hall, one on a small street off the bottom of cannon square and another further round behind the marina.
 
get odd packs in bar machines, they are about 20 cents more expensive than a tabac, most you have to ask at the till for them to press a button before they work, (anti child smoking) try L&M red if you smoke regal/lamb very similar and around €24 a carton,
go to the tabac to buy your "take home" dont forget to take Id if paying by card,

Tobbaconist In Cala Llonga

Maybe a little late for 'Teapot' but for future reference a very well stocked tobbaconist opened in Cala Llonga last year(2006). Its on the main road as you drive in/through Cala Llonga on the left hand side next door to Madison Bar.
Helpful staff and some lovely little gifts also.;)
 
Yeah. one opened in 06. I went there and it is on the way in to the resort. I smoked back then and remember that 200 regal were around 30 euros.

I prefer Winston :D kind of a tradition to smoke them when I am in Spain. Give em a try. There is a small shop underneath cala llonga apartments that sell them in a vending machine.
