Skiing at Val D'Isere, Sat 22 to Sat 29 December!

Just booked and very happy!

Who's doing what?
 
family stuff on Xmas day

meal with my mum & brother
then onto my in-laws to help my soon to be born niece/nephew celebrate Xmas no 1
 
Too far in advance... ask me in December!

Probably going back to the States to visit the family for a week centered around Dec 25... then considering travelling onwards to somewhere in South America for New Years (depending on expected bonus size and overall travel costs...)
 
Blummin eck, the early bird and all.

Like a lot of people, finishing on 21st for nearly two weeks, Fab.

Anna (el missus) will have been away for a week tho with another 3 to come, travelling around india. I will miss her:cry: but could not really afford it, with a big year of hols (Morrocco, Ibiza X 2 & Goa in 2008).

Toying within popping over to the 'dam for a cheeky 1 day smoke session on the 22nd dependant upon raised the troops.

Then just back to the folks to see the old school friends. Kings Arms on Xmas eve, with NY a tbc (Cork, Warehouse Project & the Dam all possibilities).
 
Been thinking about this a lot this week!

24th : At work til noon. (ebenezer scrooge) - then off to see folks and to pub

25th : First Christmas for three years when i haven't cooked for 12+ on xmas day so having a very lazy one!- get up early and give the missus and cats their prezzies (the missus usualy gets more than the moggies:lol:) Booked into nice hotel for xmas lunch with in laws.

26th: All day boozing with friends.

27th - 30th : escape to countryside to cosy hotel with the missus

31st - 1st : not sure yet - having arranged last 7 years of NYE parties - majority of which have been at my place - waiting to see what happens!:roll:

probably not get invited anywhere :lol:
 
Up north with Tom for 5 or so days for Christmas Scunny style with my family - I love Christmas I do :D

Then back to London Boxing Day ready to fly out to Thailand on 27th Dec for 2 weeks :D
 
This thread should be titled "All those who are going away for Christmas please gloat in here" lol :lol:

I have absolutely no idea what I'll be doing at Christmas, or who I'll be sharing it with. But I do know I'm going to thoroughly enjoy being in my little flat with Jon for our first Christmas :D

I can't WAIT to put up the Christmas decorations!

(Haven't even moved in yet :lol:)
 
HOPEFULLY...................................the latest member of the Jacob clan would have arrived safe, well & on time (21 Dec) or at least early...which would be a right touch!!. And we will be looking fwd to a lovely family xmas................thats plan A

Plan B.....we will still be waiting...I will be on alert, not able to a have a bloody drink in case things start to happen :evil::lol:

I have no idea what my xmas will involve yet but will no doubt be at home - Im quite liking the plan I did last year of not getting dressed all day, not feeling at all guilty for stuffing my face watching all the xmas television - but then saying that I might have a few family things to go to, we shall see :lol:
