christmas shopping

I've seen quite alot of pink trees this year...and black ones  :?

Mine looks like something straight out of a shop window the way I've done it, mostly all in silver to go with the minimal look of my living room

Think I need to get out more (well, maybe not ;) )[/quote]

Don't tell me there's lots of pink trees out there, I've only got one oink one and a silver one, I want a flat full of pink trees

I've got a 6ft one in the living room all done in silvers, and a 4ft fibre optic one in the hall...want to keep them up all year

We don't bother with the decorations. A little "bah humbug" of me, I suppose, but since we spend at least half the holiday period travelling it doesn't seem to make much sense.

Plus, there's plenty of decorations outside on all the shops, public squares, etc.

It's different if we go visit the parents, of course. I suppose if there were kids around we'd make the effort.

We trimmed up last weekend - looks brill!

We've got a ten foot tree in the lounge which has taken 4 sets of lights 8O

.... and a 6 footer on 'the party terrace' with some really cool blue LED lights.

Cards and written, most presents are wrapped - just got to buy gifts for friends at the weekend and we're done.

Good job we're sorted cos the amount of work we have on is unreal!

I wanted to do some xmas shopping tomorrow but apparently it been on the local news thats theres been threats to the city about something happening
