I think matt collins can answer this one as he (and/or his hed kandi mates) played it on thier radio show in Jazz FM a few months ago (and probably in many other places as well).

The vocals are from "Dj Sammy - Sunlight".
Maybe it's a Remix of the track. It was in the charts in 2002 I think.
