Surely, for the purpose of self defence, you would be much safer getting a couple of dozen RPG's stored in the garage. Using a few of those will teach them pesky kids to keep of your garden.

And the easily available means with which to do it.....
It's a lot harder to carry out a high school massacre with a bread knife and a rolling pin than it is with semi automatic rifle and several high calibre handguns.
I can't believe anyone can even begin to dispute this.
Guns give people who my already be unstable the means to carry out their own twisted power fantasies without actually having to do anything other than pick up the gun. Knowing they have this power at their fingertips can only encourage their sick plans.
Have you noticed how these individuals tend to shoot themsleves when the cops turn up? Becasue once the power of having guns is no longer exclusive to them they have nothing left to hide behind.
The answer to this is not "to give everybody hidden guns"

) but to take away the means of allowing it to happen inthe first place.There must be hundreds and hundreds of terrorists who would love to blow up the west with nukes - problem is they can't get their hands on them.
However, some crazy wants to take revenge upon the world to justify their own pathetic existence they can easily do it in the States.
