child car seats/buggies etc

hiya, came to ibiza august 2003 and loved the place. now we have a littlen who will be nearly 2 when we visit again for a family holiday in may 2006. just needed a few things sorting if you dont mind??

are there shops that sell cheapy pushchairs?
can you hire baby car seats when you hire a car?

what other info would you give to a young family? things to do/avoid?

most car places that you book in advance should give you the option of getting a child seat for the car.........last time i went i used www.carjet.co.uk, which was cheap and had free car seats.

As for pushchairs, my advice would be to take ur own. we've got a maclaren stroller buggy, which is very lightweight and easy to use and fold away. Its not hassle as the buggy doesn't count as extra luggage and u can keep it right up until the point when u board the plane (so its ideal if ur youngster is about to drop off whilst waiting to board the plane).

other than that....good luck......may is a nice time to go with infants cos its too hot really at other times.
