Cheapish group night out

Ive been to the west end 3 times out of the 49ish nights ive spent on the Island, first time as a giddy group of 4 was alright till my mates missus started copping with a random bird infront of us all, strange to say the least, next 2 times as a 4 and as a couple weve not lasted half n hour but back to what i want to ask...
Got a group of 5 Ibiza newbies arriving to meet us on the 30th of sept they land about midnight and want to take them somewhere for a good drink but good music and atmosphere, i had planned on that place being the west end but im starting to have doubts...
Not ruling the west end out but would love any reccomendations on either west end, ibiza town (if so, where?) or PDB which im most used to prior to a nights clubbing.
Cheers

keep in mind that by 30th sep, everywhere will be a lot quieter than it is now, you probably won't have a lot of options apart from the west end or pdb if you want it lively. I'd normally say ibiza town (just because it's my fave place to go for a drink and go people watching etc), but at the end of september it's already pretty quiet.

Yeh i thought about the business, i was thinking the west end may be dead but do you think it will still have a fair few heads around 2am ish? If i plumped for the west end what bars would you suggest that DONT play commercial, r&b and hip hop type gear?

still be a lot of people about.untill ushuaia and space close.first night stick to west end or beach bars ( Itaca) if your staying in san an resort.

Yeh we are doing Ushuaia closing and obvs Space closing, so starting with a cheap and cheerful first night for them. Looking like its the West end then but we are staying in Figueretas so gonna get a cab there but im really novicey in regards to San An and the West end so any bars with good house and tech im all ears.
Seen this Itaca mentioned a few times...

Lol i would happily do this (with the rum exchanged for something else) but seeing as its their 1st night on the Island i think they will want to venture out as will be a bit giddy
But i like your style ;)

so you actually order frozen water? and then wait until it starts to melt so you can drink it? ;)

That's not to say don't go though.... It's a good place to go for a few of you to have a laugh!

if thats the case then stay local walk it to pbd.lots of bars,on the way.side streets as well.prs will get you.walk to jet and passed lots there as well.25 to 30 euro taxi.might need two as well.get the feel of the resort first night.
