Where is half decent and cheap that we can stay at? Is there any hostels or backpackers accomodation around? Somewhere in San Antonio would be good. Thanks muchly :D

We're booked at the hotel norte this year - 12 nights b&b for 2 cost us about £300. I didnt think that was bad at all. Was the cheapest i could find and i spent days looking.

Check the Escapade brochure thats what i booked through and its quite cheap 8) 8)

.....Or for supa dirt cheap you could try one of the camping sites on the island! 8) One friend stayed ALL summer in the San An one and had an amazing time apparently!

u are definitely right! this is extremely cheap! thanks for sharing this information! :)

The Hostal Rosalia is dirt cheap, believe its between 15-25euros per night for a twin room - but theres a reason for that, the pool is the size of a large puddle, and the rooms arent the cleanest ive stayed in. But the owner is nice, and the drinks at the bar are cheap!

Stayed at the hotel March in San An the last two years, about 100 yards from the egg towards the go karting. Not used by any tour operaters but can be booked over the net easy enough. About €25 a night B&B and actually quite nice. Good Pool, decent cheap food, clean standard rooms, very friendly family staff.

Not going again this year but only for a change of scenary rather than anything wrong with the hotel.

There are quite a few that tour operators dont deal with, but have their own website with an english section to book on.

Alternatively you can trybooking through www.alpha-beds.comwho deal with over 15,000 hotels around the world, with a fair choice in ibiza.

I searched for alpha-beds.com on the net before I booked with them to see what others have said about them and they seem pretty genuine and well known.

Alternatively just go for the hotel website itself once you have found which hotels are in the area you want to stay in.

Yeah im searching for a cheap hostel to stay in as well...i stayed in hostal florencio last time we were there...and dont get me wrong...IT WAS GREAT!!! But 20-25euros a night may be pushing it for me. Im gonna be backpacking europe for 4 months, therefore, i dont wanna blow ALL my money in ibiza. Has ANYONE has stayed in a cheap hostal for around 15euros a night or so? Im going opening week in mid june so the prices should be relatively low as compared to the prices in august. I dont know...is 15euros a night possible or am i dreaming?

Although all reports so far indicate that although it was basic and there was no badly needed air-con, the place was not a dump.

In fact it even received a refurb not so long back!

I am looking for a cheap plcae to stay . Something around 20 euros , I will be flying to Ibiza alone and maybe staying for 3 days .
