Can anyone help me, and tell me how to change an RAR file into a normal mp3 file? Cheers in advance

Do you work on a PC of a Mac? You can download free RAR expanders off the internet. Just type "Free RAR Expander" or "Free RAR Extractor" into Google or something.

You need to download 'winrar' or something similar. a rar file is just a compressed file.
