Chelsea were lucky from the highlights I saw. Liverpool should spread their goals a bit more

Im predict Barca will win by 2 tonight. Can't believe theres over 20,000 Rangers fans in Barcelona 8O
 
Chelsea were crap. Very lucky to take home a point. Still, a good reminder to the boys that they need to work harder.

Rosenborg has been quite the surprise package... even with Valencia in disarray, you wouldn't expect them to lose at home.

We had TVs all around us at the sports bar so I saw a few (!!) of Liverpool's goals. They made it look far too easy.

I know, i was very surprised with that, not sure why Valencia sacked theyre manager the other day, the team is shambolic.

I see some Rangers fans were up to the usual in Barcelona city centre last night :lol:

De los gente de escocia a nos amigos catalan... LO SIENTO para los supporters de Rangers. Me gusta Escocia. Me gusta los supporters de todos los equipos de futbal Escoces y el equipo nacional d'Escocia. Estan sympa. Pero no es possible se gustar los supporters de Rangers. In english: They are an embarrassment to Scotland. We are so sorry. Please don't think that they are accepted in Scotland - they are not. I hope our national team can play in Barca and you can see the true Scots.

i just think when you get 10,000-20,000 of any fans in a city, mainly lads on a beano, then there will be the odd incident and lavanguardia has probably had most of this article written for weeks since the draw was made.

of course, the one anomaly was when celtic took half a million fans to sevilla and then cured all the sick, made the blind see again and turned water into wine, all whilst supping guiness and iron bru and then getting beaten by porto!

Where's jonny when you need him!

I dont think it's too bad in Barcelona, it seems the worst thing about the fans is the mess theyre leaving behind. Not too many cases of violence , and that which there is seems to be amongst themselves.

I just think in Spain they don't understand the whole converging on a city abroad on mass to see your football team, or the drinking so heavily before the match.
 
First off im not even going to get into a childish spat with the likes of Grego so ill ignore his petty juvenile comments.

Back from Glasgow, good night, first half we were crap and were lucky to be in front but much better performance the second half and deserved the win in the end, i shouldn't have gone over though with a dose of food poisoning :cry: terrible stomach cramps,anyway Milan are through as expected so another 2 wins and we will also go through but our defending is desperate at times and something that seriously needs to be addressed, we are good going forward but getting caught napping at the back, oh yeah shocking tackle on Scott Brown by that Benfica player:spank:

Some win for the scousers last night, 8-0 is some result in the CL, isn't it ironic though they still have lots to do before they qualify.

As for tonite, well best of luck to Man United and Barcelona8)

Barcelona 2 - 0 Rankers :D good stuff well done to Barca 8)

Arsenal could only manage a scoreless draw against Slavia Prague:o
 
Just noticed several Tricolours with CELTIC written on them @ Camp Nou, fair play to our Catalan friends :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Completely outplayed but the dilemma was - go at Barca and lose a fair few or keep it tight

Unlucky to lose an early handball goal but the officials couldn't possibly see that

Never mind

1pt from the 6 from Barca was a bonus

Barca & Rangers win next matchday and both qualify

Benfica bastard should be banned from football for that tackle. Just wish there was a return leg for the guy who did it to get fu.cking cracked.

Yep we played well, glad we're nearly there. Got the impression Rangers were settling for the 2-0 in the 2nd half. I think we'll get a result in Lyon so we should both get through. 8)

Was very scared when iniesta went down holding his knee, thought it was serious.

hopefully we both will

getting 3rd place guaranteed last night was an achievement but after the start in the group we made, we want the last 16

given that we were in the group with barca and both the champions of france and germany - we have done well

got to remember that this is the team that in january got knocked out the scottish cup by relegation bound dunfermline and failed to beat inverness all season
