Celebrating a birthday in ibiza

This summer I'll be flying out a couple of days after my girlfriends birthday (maybe even a day after) which is on july 23rd. She'll be having a birthday at home, going out for a meal with a few friends and some family stuff, but I'd like to be able to give her a nice surprise when we get to Ibiza too.

I'd appreciate any nice, romantic ideas for a bit of a birthday celebration in paradise8)
Places to go? Places to eat? Things to do etc?

Has anyone else enjoyed a birthday/anniversary or special occasion on ibiza and if so, what did you get up to?

Ive had a few there.

I cant really remember much.

Carl Cox at Space after the Garlands free party was immense.

thanks, all a blur then eh?

What do you reckon are some of the nicest and most romantic resteraunts, anywhere on the island?

Tom's birthday is in September so we're always there for his birthday, what we've done entirely depends on what day of the week it is, we've been known to get up at 7am on a Tuesday morning and get on the Lucozade for Manumission Carry On  but then other times we've had romantic meals - one of my personal faves for a special occasion is KM5 as it's nice and romantic.

How about taking the ferry over to Formentera and spending the day there with your girlie and watching the sunset over there on your own private bit of beach and then going back to Ibiza and having dinner in a lovely restaurant.

It was my birthday there this year - only one thing for it really as it was a Monday -DC10!! Followed by a party at Cala Jondal, followed by Bora Bora 8) 8) 8) There's a beautiful Tapas resteraunt in San An (!) Its just called Tapas, and its off a dirt track near the big bungee ball thing. Its about a minute's walk down that road, does the NICEST food ever, really nice people own it and its really pretty :D

Me:!: Last September I proposed to my girlfirend:oops:

Popped the question by producing a ring at our own private sunset with a bottle of champagne   Had my own mini sounds system for my own soundtrack too. Obviously she said yes

That evening we celebrated with a meal at Sa Capella Resturant. A 16th Centurty church converted into a restaurant up in the hills north of San Antonio. Food was fabulous as was the attentive service. We had 3 courses, wine, hierbas and more champange in their garden terrace.

Later we continued celebrating at Release Yourself @ Pacha. Had drinks on the roof terrace overlooking Ibiza Town 8) then moved inside to see the 'S Man' 8)
