Carl Cox Closing

i didn't read through the latest posts yet so i might have missed some rumours...but i really don't think it will start at 12 noon. this 12noon exception rule is only valid for the "real" (meaning club) closing parties as far as i know! i think carl cox closing will start at 8pm as always...
 
if i remember correctly doesn't the closing party have to take place between the last week of September and the first 2 weeks in October to qualify for a 12noon opening?
